How does the 30-day free trial work?

    Once you sign up you will have a fully functioning iFormBuilder Pro account with 2 users and the ability to create up to 5 forms. You are required download the FREE Universal iForm client if you would like to use the forms on a iPad, iPhone or iPod touch. If you cancel your trial within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. At any time you can upgrade your trial to a monthly or annual Pro or Basic account by going to the Billing tab of the iFormBuilder admin. If you don’t cancel your account within 30 days you will be upgraded to the iFormBuilder Basic Plan ($49.99/mo). If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Adding users and How are users defined?

    * ADD ADDITIONAL USERS TO ANY ACCOUNT IN 5 user increments for $49.99/mo or $499.99/yr. A User is defined by a user-name/device combination. A 5-user account means there will be up to 5 user-names which can be run on up to 5 devices. User-names and devices can be mixed, meaning a user-name can be used on more than one device and one device can be used with more than one user-name. However, the total number of user-names or devices must not exceed the total number of user licenses in the account.
